Thai Fish With Vegetables And Rice

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Thigh Fillets, Skinless, Chopped In Half
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Red Onion, Sliced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Sliced
  • 55Ml/2Fl Oz Dark Soy Sauce
  • 110G/4Oz Brown Sugar
  • 55Ml/2Fl Oz Thai Fish Sauce
  • Steamed Rice, To Serve
  • Steamed Green Vegetables, To Serve

Method

  1. Heat oil in wok and stir fry onion and cloves.
  2. Add fish and stir fry 2 3 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce, sugar and fish sauce.
  4. Cook til sauce has dissolved.
  5. To serve put vegetables on plate and top with fish and sauce.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
  7. Serve with rice.
