Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Runny Honey
- 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Lime, Zest And Juice
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- Pinch Chilli Flakes
- 20G/ 2/3 Oz Fresh Root Ginger, Peeled And Grated
- 8 Chicken Thighs, Skin On, Bone In
- 40G/1 1/2Oz Salted Butter, Diced
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Spring Onions, Finely Sliced
- 2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- 10G/ 1/3 Oz Fresh Coriander, Stalks Finely Chopped, Leaves Roughly Chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 200c / 475 f.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry. Mix together oil and tumeric and brush over wings. Place in a baking dish, with seam down and bake until golden brown approx 20 mins.
- Blend honey, soy sauce, vinegar, oil and sesame seeds.
- When wings are fully cooked, remove from oven and transfer to a dish with remaining oil mixture. Sprinkle with onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently and serve.
