Oven Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Runny Honey
  • 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Lime, Zest And Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Pinch Chilli Flakes
  • 20G/ 2/3 Oz Fresh Root Ginger, Peeled And Grated
  • 8 Chicken Thighs, Skin On, Bone In
  • 40G/1 1/2Oz Salted Butter, Diced
  • Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Spring Onions, Finely Sliced
  • 2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 10G/ 1/3 Oz Fresh Coriander, Stalks Finely Chopped, Leaves Roughly Chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200c / 475 f.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Mix together oil and tumeric and brush over wings. Place in a baking dish, with seam down and bake until golden brown approx 20 mins.
  3. Blend honey, soy sauce, vinegar, oil and sesame seeds.
  4. When wings are fully cooked, remove from oven and transfer to a dish with remaining oil mixture. Sprinkle with onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss gently and serve.
