Chicken Burritos

Ingredients

  • 3 Skinless Chicken Breasts, Sliced Into Strips
  • 1 Red Pepper, Seeds Removed, Sliced
  • 1 Yellow Pepper, Seeds Removed, Sliced
  • 1 Red Chilli, Seeds Removed, Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Granules
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Ground Coriander
  • Salt
  • 4 Tortilla Wraps, Warmed
  • 200G/7Oz Guacamole
  • 8 Tsp Soured Cream

Method

    1. Coat chicken breasts with 2 tbsp of tamari pepper seeds, 3 tbsp of chilli seeds and 1 tsp of oil. Set aside for 30 min.
    1. Mix all spices together in a large bowl.
    1. Heat tortilla wraps under grill.
    1. Warm the guacamole and cream, stir in spices and whisk together.
    1. Heat the tortilla wraps, dip, spread with guacamole and cream.
    1. Place the chicken and rice mixture into the wrap and fold and serve.
