Ingredients
- 3 Skinless Chicken Breasts, Sliced Into Strips
- 1 Red Pepper, Seeds Removed, Sliced
- 1 Yellow Pepper, Seeds Removed, Sliced
- 1 Red Chilli, Seeds Removed, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic Granules
- 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Ground Coriander
- Salt
- 4 Tortilla Wraps, Warmed
- 200G/7Oz Guacamole
- 8 Tsp Soured Cream
Method

- Coat chicken breasts with 2 tbsp of tamari pepper seeds, 3 tbsp of chilli seeds and 1 tsp of oil. Set aside for 30 min.

- Mix all spices together in a large bowl.

- Heat tortilla wraps under grill.

- Warm the guacamole and cream, stir in spices and whisk together.

- Heat the tortilla wraps, dip, spread with guacamole and cream.

- Place the chicken and rice mixture into the wrap and fold and serve.
