Ingredients
- 175G/6Oz Salmon Fillet
- Sea Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1-2 Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Large Handful Of Spinach
- 1/2 400G/14Oz Can Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
Method
- To make dressing mix oil, vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, garlic powder, fresh ground pepper, 1/2 cup of the olive oil.
- To assemble salad. Wash spinach and dry.
- Slice cherry tomatoes
- Heat grill pan to med heat
- Spray with olive oil
- Add spinach and stir fry until wilted
- Plate lettuce
- Arrange browned fish fillet over top
- Drizzle with dressing
