• My upstairs neighbour has decided he doesn’t like the fact that we flush the toilet at night and close doors (which is obviously a normal thing to do) Because of that, he’s been playing incredibly loud music, often late into the evening and at night, seemingly to get back at us.
• We’ve reported him to the council/noise team countless times, but nothing seems to change.
• Has anyone had success escalating a noise nuisance case?
• I’m so frustrated at this point and would really appreciate any advice.
