Grilled Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 Skinless Chicken Breast Fillet
- 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
- Flaked Sea Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Large Pinch Dried Chilli Flakes, Plus Pinch Dried Oregano (Optional)
- Pinch Dried Mixed Herbs Plus Pinch Garlic Granules (Optional)
- 2 Pinches Cajun Seasoning (Optional)
- 2 Pinches Ground Paprika, Plus Small Pinch Dried Thyme (Optional)
Method
- Coat the chicken with the ingredients.
- Soak in a bowl of water, and the mixture will be a little bit extra salty.
- Use your hands to massage the marinade into the chicken.
- Mix gently.
- Cook the chicken in a frying pan with olive oil on medium heat.
- Place onto paper towels to dry.
- Arrange on a plate with shaved carrots, sliced olives and a glass of wine.
- The colour of the chicken is pretty and the recipe is really similar.
- I tried sakura pepper.
- My chicken was cooked at 60 secs.
- I used the gyoza and halved the fillet.
- You can use a cut up beef pattie or any stuffed chicken fillet for extra flavour.
- Cook the chicken with the marinade for 2 3 mins with the marinade.
- You can freeze it so it s better if you let it come to room temperature before grilling.
